Following on the heels of its popular 2022-23 Ryder Cup Sim Series, officials at aboutGOLF today announced the details of the 2023 aboutGOLF Spring Series, another free competition available to anyone with access to a public or personal aboutGOLF simulator. The three-month contest includes nine-hole stroke play and closest to the pin competitions on three prestigious courses available on aboutGOLF simulators.
The competition will open with Myrtle Beach favorite Caledonia Golf & Fish Club as the featured course for March. Annually ranked in Golf, Golf Digest and Golfweek “Top 100” lists since opening in 1994, Caledonia Golf & Fish Club has been recognized for both its design and incredible beauty. The winners of the nine-hole, back-nine stroke play and closest to the pin competitions during March will get an opportunity to match their strong aboutGOLF simulator play on the physical course, as each will receive three nights of accommodations and three days of golf at Caledonia Golf & Fish Club. Prize packages that include complimentary hours on a nearby aboutGOLF public simulator, a golf shoe bag, golf towel, and water bottle will also be awarded to the winners.
Courses and prizes for the April and May portions of the Spring Series competition will be announced soon.

To participate in the Spring Series Competition, individuals must download the aboutGOLF app and create an account. Players can then sign into the contest each month and compete on any public or private aboutGOLF simulator. Participants can utilize the aboutGOLF sim locator tool to find facilities with aboutGOLF simulators in their area.
