Shot Scope X5 Hole Maps
The addition of hole maps to the X5 is something existing users can really make use of, seeing how the bank of statistics they’ve already collected can be used to inform their round as they take on each hole,” comments David Hunter, Chief Executive Officer at Shot Scope.

Shot Scope has today announced the addition of a brand-new feature to the market leading X5 watch, ‘hole maps’ – overlaying individual data to every hole through an interactive map view, as a way to efficiently plot your way around the course using your own yardages.

For the first time, Shot Scope has developed a feature that players can utilise to see their own personalised data mapped onto a current hole, as they take on the challenge of any course. The X5 now presents itself as a comprehensive course guide on your wrist; tailored with individual data to help make key strategic decisions.

“The addition of hole maps to the X5 is something existing users can really make use of, seeing how the bank of statistics they’ve already collected can be used to inform their round as they take on each hole,” comments David Hunter, Chief Executive Officer at Shot Scope.

As a free upgrade and with no subscription fees, these map features further validate Shot Scope’s power in connecting data and golfers, as we continue to redefine the GPS watch category with the best products at unbeatable price points.”

The full colour touchscreen display on the X5 uses personalised data to access Performance-Average distances for a golfer’s three longest clubs – allowing an informed decision with club selection off the tee. The zoom map and target line features can be utilised to find the perfect line off the tee, reducing the impact of blind tee shots and providing data that a laser by itself cannot.

With 36,000 golf courses preloaded onto the watch, any course becomes instantly more familiar with the main screen now able to display the full hole layout with distances to the pin and middle of green.

As well as the integration of personalised data during a live round, the watch has five face designs available to choose from so that players can also showcase their style.
