Mountain View Village, Riverton’s 85-acre mixed-use destination lifestyle center is adding 14 new restaurants, entertainment, health, beauty, and apparel stores, to bring the total to 48, including Cinemark’s 14-screen theatre. Starting with a soft opening of stores in late May, the Grand Opening celebrations of Phase II will kick off June 30th and go through July 4th weekend, 2022.

The 1,000,000 sq ft property will welcome the first X-Golf to Utah, including simulators with the most advanced indoor golf technology. “X-Golf Riverton is a first-of-its-kind entertainment venue in the State of Utah. As southwestern Salt Lake County sees unprecedented growth, we are excited to provide a facility for families and those new to golf, all the way up to the avid golfer looking to improve their game. As a locally owned and operated franchise, we are proud to play a role in the growth of our community and Mountain View Village,” Dave Bauer X-Golf Utah Franchisee shared about the first to market entertainment concept.

Continuing to lead with food Mountain View Village is adding more mouthwatering options in the South Valley, including Kokonut Island Grill, Root’d Cafá©, and Las Botellas. The food lineup already includes first to market Shabu Gen experiential Korean BBQ, Silverlake Ramen, Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar, and WildFin organic, sustainable seafood. Guests will satisfy their sweet tooth with first to Utah Devil & Angel, Sprinkles and Hello Sugar.

“The fact that we are over 90% committed on the Phase II development project, during a global pandemic, months ahead of our opening is phenomenal and reflects the growth in the Southwest Corridor. As the go-to destination for food lovers we expect Mountain View Village to be the most dynamic central gathering place in Riverton and the entire South Valley,” Senior VP of Leasing Chris Byers shared.

Pandora is also a first to market, adding Riverton to its more than 2400 concept stores with hand-finished contemporary jewelry that celebrate life’s moments. Altar’d State, Arula, Journey’s, Vans and Visionworks round out the new shopping additions in the Silicon Slopes area at Mountain View Village.

Joining Sephora and Real Housewives of Salt Lake City favorite Heather Gay’s Beauty Lab + Laser, will be Karina’s Spa Studio with their featured service of custom lash extensions.

Mountain View Village is experience driven, a dynamic central gathering place in Riverton and the entire South Valley, within the fastest growing submarket in the United States. The area is thriving, attracting notable employers, including Adobe, Symantec, with more to come, and Costco right around the corner.

Offering 177,641 sq ft of Class A office space that includes breathtaking Mountain view’s and best in class amenities within a short walk, Brandon Fugal, Chairman with our leasing partners at Colliers International, provide a prime location for business too.
