Capping off a monumental season full of activations, engagements and new opportunities, Lacy Maxwell Experiential (LME) was recently named the winner of the Golden Stevie Award for Communications/Public Relations Campaign of the Year for its collaborative work with Cognizant at the LPGA Tour’s Cognizant Founders Cup.

At the LPGA Founders Cup, held at Mountain Ridge Country Club in West Caldwell, NJ, LME worked closely with Cognizant to craft a unique, personable experience that best captured the client’s goals and engaged its guests. In executing Cognizant’s vision, LME worked to concept and fabricate multiple installs throughout the course, including an 8-foot-tall number 13 in honor of the 13 original founders of the LPGA Tour.
Additionally, the 18th hole concepts included The Founder’s Perch, an intentionally designed space that reflected on the significance of the tournament and the advancement of women’s sports, and the Cognizant Chalet, a breathtaking space that featured panoramic views of the course. The Founders Walk also was adorned with flags from across the world, as well as images of women who have encouraged and promoted inclusivity in women’s golf.
From Rock-and-Roll to C-Suite hospitality, to political fundraisers and throughout the most prestigious sporting events, LME has a history of bringing clients’ ethos into the world in completely unique ways. Throughout 2022, LME worked with Cognizant on the development, implementation, and execution of its Global Partnership at the Presidents Cup on the PGA TOUR in October, as well as a global sports marketing partnership to actualize and manage the Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One™ Team sponsorship agreement.
With multiple activations planned for 2023, LME is eager to increase the stature of the Cognizant brand as the preeminent global technology services partner to clients throughout the world.
