“The beauty of the AM GOLF / Club Core partnership is significantly reducing the time course tournament directors spend behind a desk administering events,” said Kevin Carpenter U.S. Managing Director of AM GOLF. “By running mundane event tasks in the background, staff optimizes where it is more useful and productive – think of it as a more connected operating environment.”

AM GOLF and Club Core Technologies have partnered to significantly reduce nagging administrative tasks for golf courses, country clubs and resorts hosting tournaments and outings.

Club Core’s workforce platform integrated with AM GOLF’s tournament management software streamlines communications and training between department staff, digitizes internal paperwork, synchronizes data, provides mechanisms for feedback loops and serves as a knowledge management center for all involved in producing fun and memorable events.

The AM GOLF tournament management module allows for super-easy registration, live scoring and leaderboards, communication and golfer-created side games with simple voice commands which, prior to AM GOLF’s arrival, was a source of frustration and inefficient time management among event operators and golfers alike.

Together, AM GOLF and Club Core merge and automate all end-to-end event information in one place, making event creation and execution faster, easier and less dependent on manual staff input and toggling from system to system and screen to screen.

Golfers also benefit from tournament operators consistently being more organized, unified and readily available and attentive to deliver extraordinary experiences.

“This exciting alliance ensures seamless alignment, communication and operational efficiency across all club departments which is a foundational priority for leadership,” said Mike Sandrock, President of Club Core Technologies. “Complex events demand precision at every touchpoint, and the AM GOLF / Club Core integration safeguards against operational friction while empowering frontline teams with the structured knowledge and tools required to execute flawlessly.”

Thanks to AM GOLF technology, golfers also have more control over their own tournament journeys: they set up and manage their private games and side competitions without relying on golf shop staff for every request or adjustment. That means fewer interruptions for the operators, and less pre- and event-day friction.

On the golfer subscription side of AM GOLF’s business, its all-in-one, one-stop app manages players’ official handicaps; books tee times; accesses and registers them for newfound golf tournaments near and wide; communicates with golf buddies and initiates friendships with like-minded players; catalogs and tracks skills improvements, scores and wagers; buys and sells golf merchandise; and much more. No longer do golfers need multiple apps when AM GOLF houses all their information in one location.
