If your club uses Whoosh, you already know the benefits of smooth tee time scheduling, seamless member communication, and a modern user experience. But for venues that run caddie programs, there’s still a major operational gap: caddie scheduling.

That’s where Handicaddie comes in.

We’re currently working with some of the top country clubs in the U.S. to streamline the caddie master’s workflow—bringing in real-time tee sheet and caddie booking data directly from Whoosh into Handicaddie.

Here’s how:

1. Immediate Data Sync from Whoosh

Caddie masters no longer need to rely on group chats, phone calls, or spreadsheets to know which caddies are available. Handicaddie pulls all the required information directly from Whoosh including the number of caddie bookings and the name of the member, and brings it straight to your caddie master. On our dashboard, caddie masters can then drag and drop caddies into assignments, having real time availability of their entire workforce.

Handicaddie pulls caddie booking data from Whoosh, meaning assignments to the caddies app can be created in seconds.

2. A Clear Daily Scheduling Board

Our Task Board shows the caddie master exactly what their day looks like: which slots are unfilled or haven’t been accepted yet by caddies. As former caddie masters ourselves, we know that the day can feel like a hurricane of tasks. Handicaddie automatically prioritises what your next action should be to make sure all jobs are scheduled accurately.

Handicaddie makes it easy for caddie masters to track their daily tasks, so they can focus on the important things, member experience!

3. Performance Tracking That Actually Matters

Handicaddie tracks each caddie’s performance across every loop. With reviews, ratings, and data-driven insights, caddie masters can now identify top performers, coach those who need improvement, and reward great service. This not only lifts caddie standards—it directly impacts the member experience.

Handicaddie provides a dashboard for caddie master to receive a live feed of caddie performance as the come off the course!

A New Role for Caddiemasters

By integrating Whoosh with Handicaddie, clubs can unlock a huge opportunity: redefining the role of the caddiemaster.

Instead of spending hours each week on admin, they now have time to:

  • Build stronger relationships with caddies
  • Reviewing our performance dashboards and to see where caddies are underperforming across the 1000’s of rounds at your venue each year
  • Focus on the overall guest experience

That’s a shift that benefits everyone—members, caddies, and the club.

What’s Next?

We’re building this integration with forward-thinking clubs that want to elevate their caddie programs and enhance every round their members play.

If your club uses Whoosh and runs a caddie program, let’s chat. We’d love to show you how Handicaddie can plug into your existing workflow and free your team to focus on what matters most: delivering world-class experiences on the course.
