Oxford’s 54-hole Championship Golf Estate hires four new recruits, including former Assistant Restaurant Manager from Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons
Oxford’s Three-Course Championship Golf Estate, has hired the former Assistant Restaurant Manager from Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons as it enhances hospitality and member services.
Lottie Bailey, who spent nearly seven years at the double Michelin-starred restaurant run by celebrity chef Raymond Blanc, has been appointed Clubhouse Manager, overseeing the restaurant and bar, and working closely with the club’s events team on conferences and celebrations.
Lottie, 26, is one of a dynamic group of new recruits to join the 75-strong team at the club following a £1.5 million investment into the courses and refurbished clubhouse. The new hires also include:
- Antonia Moldovan, Assistant Clubhouse Manager, is a restaurant and bars manager with experience at resorts and clubs across Oxfordshire.
- Cloe McAlpine, Events Executive, will oversee the venue’s busy event spaces, welcoming local business meetings, conferences, celebrations and private family events.
- Toby Ellis, Membership Assistant, is responsible for looking after member services and welcoming new members to the club.

Frilford Heath recently joined some of the world’s most celebrated clubs and resorts in receiving Eminent Collection status from global customer service experts 59club. The award placed the Oxford club alongside top destinations including Gleneagles (Scotland), The Grove (London), Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club and Yas Links Abu Dhabi.
Frilford Heath is one of England’s favourite golf destinations and one of only a small number of venues in the United Kingdom to offer three 18-hole golf courses, as well as a six-hole short course, ideal for new players and children.
Two of its golf courses – the Red and the Blue – are ranked among the Top 200 Courses in England by Golf World magazine, with the Red Course hosting Open Qualifying in 2025.
The recent awards and recognition follow the completion of a £1.5 million investment programme at the club, including a refurbished clubhouse and event spaces.
Lottie Bailey, who holds a first class degree with honours in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University, said: “Frilford Heath’s reputation speaks for itself and it has been a great pleasure to join such a friendly and forward-looking golf club.
