Golfy and Leading Courses have entered a strategic partnership that brings together two of Europe’s most trusted golf leaders. By combining Golfy’s extensive and expanding network of European golf clubs with Leading Courses’ international reach and booking technology, the collaboration aims to offer a better experience for both travelling golfers and golf clubs.
As of December, most of the French golf clubs that are part of the Golfy Network, will be progressively connected to the Leading Courses platform and become bookable for golfers across Europe, Asia and the US. Golf Clubs that are part of The Golfy Network will be featured prominently on Leading Courses, with clear visibility and real time tee time availability to book a tee time. Leading Courses and The Golfy Network will stimulate travelling golfers and golf clubs to write more reviews which will help other travelling golfers to discover which golf club they want to play next at attractive rates. In the beginning of next year Leading Courses will introduce a French benefit card (the Golfy Indigo Card) which will allow its members to play golf with a 25% discount on the French golf clubs that are part of The Golfy Network.
The collaboration allows both entities to tap into each other’s strengths while remaining fully independent. It’s a partnership focused on growth, with a shared goal of making it easier for international travelling golfers to discover new golf clubs and book a tee time online.
“We’re excited to connect Golfy’s strong network of golf clubs with a recognized international player in the golf industry,” said Stéphane LOGOTHETIS, CEO of Golfy. “This partnership gives our clubs the opportunity to reach a much larger audience on a European scale while helping our members to improve their golf experience and join a wider community of golfers.”
“We see this as an important collaboration to expand our platform across Europe,” said Rik Ruts, CEO of Leading Courses. “Golfy is a well respected brand, with the same values as Leading Courses and with deep roots in French golf. Together, we’re making it easier for travelling golfers to explore new courses while supporting clubs with relevant tools and international exposure.
The integration will begin with more than 75% of the clubs that use GripResa, Golfy’s booking system, and will continue to expand over time. Golfers will enjoy a more seamless booking experience, while clubs maintain full control over their pricing and availability. This is supported by Leading Courses’ trusted review community and its multi-language platform.
The partnership also opens the door to future collaboration, including joint promotions, integrated membership benefits, and innovative digital tools that help golfers discover new destinations and help clubs attract the right type of visitors.
