With construction slated to begin next year, Philadelphia marks the sixth Puttery location in development or operation across the country.
Drive Shack Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE:DS), a leading owner and operator of golf-related leisure and entertainment businesses, today announced it will bring Puttery, its newest competitive socializing and entertainment golf experience, to the bustling area between Old Kensington and Fishtown in Philadelphia.
Located just a short El ride from Center City, Puttery Philadelphia will be part of a mixed-use retail redevelopment project in Fishtown, one of the area’s most historic neighborhoods. The 20,000-square-foot venue will feature three uniquely themed, nine-hole putting courses, multiple bars, and a chef-driven menu and incredible cocktail program, adding to Fishtown’s already booming nightlife and culinary scenes.

President and Chief Executive Officer Hana Khouri said. “The area’s eclectic vibe is a perfect match for our own, providing the ideal atmosphere for us to showcase our inventive food and craft cocktails.”
A modern spin on putting, Puttery combines a lively atmosphere with innovative scoring technology and themed courses for an immersive guest experience. Puttery’s first location debuted in Dallas in September 2021. Other Puttery venues currently under development include Charlotte, N.C.; Washington, D.C.; Miami; and Houston. Puttery Philadelphia will be located at 1400 N. Howard.
