AM GOLF has been selected to power the AMPTour, highlighted by live scoring and leaderboard functions across multiple, two-day tournaments across Florida in 2026.

Through the AM GOLF app, elite players competing in each tournament know in real time where they place, hole by hole, and their rankings in the AMPTour standings.  AM GOLF also allows for live streaming, and socialization among players.

AMPTour management utilizes AM GOLF as an efficient way of communicating with members and spectators, saving its staff considerable time to focus on other tournament marketing, operations and business initiatives.

Standing out among statewide tournaments, AMPTour’s high-stakes, 64-player, match play, single-elimination tournament format is akin to March Madness brackets.  Competitors vie for $25,000 in prize money with two individuals advancing to the Championship and the top 16 golfers receiving checks along the way.  Sites include the prestigious Lakewood National and PGA TOUR event host Innisbrook Copperhead Course.

“With big purses at every qualifier and an even larger payday waiting at the championship, AMPTour rewards both skill and grit,” said Jason Fix, Commission of AMPTour Golf.  “Adding to our distinctiveness, AM GOLF makes tournament experiences even more seamless and enjoyable for players and staff.”

“Every shot counts in match play, and there are no second chances,” said Kevin Carpenter, U.S. General Manager of AM GOLF.  “Florida’s most exclusive match play golf tour selecting AM GOLF to power its digital ecosystem and elevate its offerings is exciting for everyone involved.”

The AMPTour is among countless tournaments series relying on AM GOLF which burst on the U.S. scene in January following its golf technology dominance in Europe.

In addition to event operators like AMPTour, AM Golf serves golf associations, federations, tours and similar governing bodies.  Its software efficiently, intuitively and in one place manages membership programs, official handicaps and events, all geared to build active communities among their members, partners and related constituencies.  No more toggling between multiple screens.

Golfers use the single destination AM GOLF app to manage their official handicaps; book tee times; access and register for newfound golf tournaments near and wide; communicate with golf buddies and initiate friendships with like-minded players; catalog and track skills improvements, scores and wages; buy and sell golf merchandise; and much more.  No longer do they have to access multiple apps when the AM GOLF houses all their information in one place.

About AM GOLF

Widely trusted and dominant in 17 countries across Europe, AM GOLF recently launched in the U.S. and Canada.  The golf-centric technology company developed two products to manage personal and professional golf lives: (1) an all-inclusive, one-stop app for golfers with functions integral to optimizing pre-, during and post-round playing experiences; and (2) golf management software with hosts of tools for courses, country clubs, resorts and other golf companies and organizations to successfully power their businesses.  Intuitively and efficiently, AM GOLF serves more than 30,000 active users, 40,000 events and 300,000 recorded rounds, and is the official supplier of World Handicap System for 14 national golf associations.
