Oscar Jacobson ambassadors Darren Fichardt and Will Enefer are celebrating weekend success after Fichardt won his first PGA Tour Champions title at the Simmons Bank Championship, and Enefer secured his 2027 DP World Tour card following a superb season on the Hotel Planner Tour.
A 10-foot eagle putt on the par 5 18th hole secured victory for Fichardt, taking him one shot ahead of Zach Johnson. With this victory, Fichardt rose up the Charles Schwab Cup season rankings, taking a coveted spot in the season finale in two weeks.
After winning the second tournament of the season, the Circa Cape Town Open, Enefer has had an incredibly consistent year. He topped the table of most cuts made, with 18, on his way to a 12th place finish on the Hotel Planner Tour season rankings.
