An AI concierge and on-course delivery for golf clubs, connected to the system the club already runs on. Golfmanager and Swoop Golf are joining forces. Swoop’s AI concierge now connects to Golfmanager’s tee sheet and POS. Golfers can order food, book tee times and reach club services through the Swoop app, WhatsApp or SMS, with payment processed through Golfmanager’s POS.
“A club on Golfmanager already knows who is playing, when they teed off, and what they ordered last time. Swoop turns that into a concierge in every golfer’s pocket, one that answers like it has known them for years,” Ty Hayes, Co-Founder, Swoop Golf.
What it means for a club
Knows who is on the course. A live connection to Golfmanager’s API shows the concierge which players are on the course, and when.
Lands on your POS, at your prices. Every order settles on Golfmanager’s POS as it would from any register. Swoop never writes to the catalog or sends a price.
Delivery beyond the cart. Alongside the club’s own staff and carts, ground robots and drones can bring orders straight to golfers on the course.
Every golfer heard. Every conversation feeds the GM’s 30-day feedback digest, and urgent complaints go straight to your staff queue.
Live in pilot at Carden Park in Cheshire, where the AI concierge is rolling out to golfers, and at Salgados Golf Club in the Algarve, where the deployment also includes drone delivery.
“The tee sheet becomes the trigger, the concierge becomes the channel, and robots or drones complete the final step of delivery,” Daniel Sillari, CEO and Co-Founder, Golfmanager.
