Lottie, 26, is one of a dynamic group of new recruits to join the 75-strong team at the club following a £1.5 million investment into the courses and refurbished clubhouse. The new hires also include:

The recent awards and recognition follow the completion of a £1.5 million investment programme at the club, including a refurbished clubhouse and event spaces.
Lottie Bailey, who holds a first class degree with honours in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University, said: “Frilford Heath’s reputation speaks for itself and it has been a great pleasure to join such a friendly and forward-looking golf club.
“Along with my colleagues, we look forward to developing hospitality experiences for members and the many non-golfing guests we welcome for events and celebrations.”
