Golf memorabilia and golfers have always had a close relationship. The demand to grab a memento as proof of playing somewhere has never been stronger: from logoed shirts and ball-markers to pitchmark repairers and even scorecards, there is always a need for the next accessory that stands as a reference point and a reminder of the special places you have played.

But now, thanks to the fantastic artwork at Mymo, golfers can add stunning aerial visuals to remind them of their favourite courses and holes, with made-to-order, personalised watercolour prints that are perfect for commemorating those moments and rounds that mean so much, such as a hole-in-one or ticking off that bucket-list venue.

Mymo was founded by Chris Pyatt, whose own inspiration came from a hole-in-one on the 17th hole at his home course, The Warwickshire. Looking for something different to mark the occasion and using his graphic design expertise, Pyatt created a personalised print that captured every detail of the hole he had just conquered with a single blow.

From there, Mymo was launched with a vision to create personalised prints featuring any hole, on any course in the world, and not just those iconic par-3s such as Turnberry’s famous 9th and Pebble Beach’s jaw-dropping 7th.

“Getting a hole-in-one felt amazing,” Pyatt said. “But Mymo feels even better – allowing me to express my creativity while helping other golfers capture their own memories.

“But it is not just about recording a hole-in-one. Mymo prints capture the pure essence and raw beauty of golf holes and courses from an aerial view.

“When you view a hole from above, you really do get a sense for its true character and beauty. Despite all its defences – such as deep pot-bunkers and sharp changes in elevation – everything looks so much more connected than when you are standing on the tee with a club in your hand, immersed in your pathway from tee to green and most likely not taking in the whole picture.”

Customers can purchase Mymo prints directly from the website via an easy-to-use self-serve platform, where personalisation tools help to create a memory that is totally bespoke. Simply select your favourite hole and personalise the message to create a meaningful and unique keepsake. Premium frame options are then available and Mymo takes care of the rest, including hassle-free shipping.

Golf clubs can also partner directly, with Mymo thrilled to announce the launch of its exclusive B2B service, meaning clubs can have their own fully branded online platform, styled to reflect their unique style. Members and visitors can then order stunning prints of any hole – a simple scan of a QR code before adding a personal message – with every sale generating effortless revenue for the club with zero costs as Mymo handles all payments, production and shipping.

Meanwhile, clubs can stock ready-to-sell prints in the pro shop, providing the opportunity for visitors to purchase a commemorative piece immediately after a round. Club events can be elevated with prizes for longest drives and nearest-the-pin competitions, offering winners a cherished memento rather than a token gift. Stocking the artwork will allow the club to cash in on immediate sales to complement the online personalisation method: a two-pronged approach that boosts both impulse buys and long-term sales.

One club that has already partnered with Mymo is the magnificent Lofoten Links in Norway – the stunning Jeremy Turner layout that sits north of the Arctic Circle and is defined by rocky and rugged coastline with towering mountains serving as constant backdrops.

Ranked 24th in Golf Digest’s World’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses list (2024-25), Lofoten is the perfect example of why golfers would want to have something so beautifully crafted to look back on.

Pyatt said: “Working with Lofoten is a fantastic opportunity for Mymo to showcase one of the world’s most mysterious but beautiful golf courses. If you are lucky enough to play there, you will need something more that captures the moment and stays with you. Golf courses are beautifully scripted designs, and we want to help more people who may not even have an affinity with the game to realise that by seeing stunning visuals of a hole.”

Pyatt is keen to stress that all courses and holes can be produced by Mymo, pointing to the fact that golfers can order retrospective prints to reignite those fading memories, whether it be an ace at your local club, a winning shot in your club championship, or a round to commemorate a lost loved one.

“Just because you played a round somewhere 10 years ago and have nothing, visually, to remember it by, it doesn’t mean you can’t do that now. We pride ourselves on working to the finest detail to ensure we produce the print that resonates with you.

“I want to make sure those memories stay with people, and rather than having something hidden in your golf bag which gets lost among a bundle of broken tees, why not display something that remains close to your heart in your home or office so people can see it. There is always a story to tell.”
